Who the hell gave them the right to hold private information about citizens? Not the damn constitution.
They want to be able to find you Blib, in case they want to draft you.

They wouldn't want to draft me. I can't do a single pull-up and I'm horribly out of shape, and no drill sargeant is going to "fix" that.
The issue though is that the US government isn't allowed to hold and hand out that sort of information about it's private citizens, NOCLB act circumvented some of that by giving out some information about students, and now they just want to ditch all of that and step on citizen's privacy. Since when did this country stop being a nation of the people and by the people with the government's power derived by the consent of the poeople?

Blib, this is part of the rights-loss that I have been bitching about for so long. The changes I talked about , that I had witnessed happening since I was a young man your age.
You guys accept changes that you were born into because they seem to have always been there.
I remember an America with different rights and attitudes.
Sure, some changes have been good, civil rights etc., But now we are all giving up rights that we once thought would go on forever.
We have been sold out. This is an example of the crooked politicians at work for personal greed not the American welfare.

In Re Gault:

"The U.S. Supreme Court found against the previous Arizona court rulings and determined that juveniles were entitled to due process under the 14th amendment. The court opinion held that "neither the Fourteenth Amendment nor the Bill of Rights is for adults alone.""
Who the hell gave them the right to hold private information about citizens? Not the damn constitution. You forget the golden rule. He who has the gold makes the rules. If its profitable for someoone else then too goddman bad cause theyve already bought the government.
Since when did this country stop being a nation of the people and by the people with the government's power derived by the consent of the poeople? Since an internal army was created. (hint: theyre called bobbies). They weren't created to stop crime, 'night watchers' did that. They were created to concentrate government power at a local level within a country. What good is your word overseas if you can't force your own population to follow it?

The "small government" Republicans sure seem to be getting involved in a lot of people's lives lately.

I would like to add when did we start working for the government instead of the government working for us. Change is good as you pointed out but changes made because of greed and being power hungry will bite this county in the arse sooner or later. I believe the old saying was "ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country." Somehow/where someone changed country into "lying back stabbing political government. I would still like to believe in this country but every day it gets harder and harder, of course unless you are a politicain or big corporation.
