I heard of this one, and it is the WORST Supreme Court decision ever made. One of the founding principles of the Constitution is the right to own property. That right has been taken away, every single business owner and home owner is now at the mercy of any City council looking to make a fast buck. It's beyond disgusting. The Supreme Court needs to be impeached.
