The Karma hack a personal favorite is great. When someone posts you can give them karma based on if you liked their post or not. The sooner and more often you use this the more points a user gets. If I see this being abuesd, I will give you 5000 of negative karma, which is bad.
The contract and expand hack, does exactly that, look beside my name you will see a little image, kinda hard to see at the moment, but awesome stuff. It will shrink the amount of posts you see. Very nice for long boring posts you want to skip ;)
Let me know what you think.
More hacks on the way ;)

To make it clearer for new people - the green dots under someones name is karma, you add and subtract karma on a post by post basis by clicking the "karma" button under the post

Yes, good point, and you must you it often for it to really mean anything. I mean you can vote for each time they have a post ;)
Also, the more you post, the more karma you have - affects how much karma you give away when you approve someone else

I don't know how it effects negative Karma but it prolly works just the same.

Look in the right-hand you should see a button that says Karma, click there and a box should pop-up...I am not sure if there is any there if you have Netscape, but you there might be ;)
