Does anyone know what an ESOC Programmer board is? Its some kind of printed circuit board that is used to help program computers, but I need to know more. I've searched the internet and so far haven't been able to find any useful information on it?

No idea. I don't even know how a circuit board (hardware) could be used to advance the programming of software.
