View Full Version : Political Opposites

Same thing as the Religion Opposites thread but with, guess what? Politics!

Since i have a subject idea, here it is.

President Bush's current plans are misguided and lack forethought. His enviromental plans, while having no current effect, will prove disasterous down the road. Yet still he perstists to favor the interests of big buisness over the welfare of everyone else.

His plans for the economy are even worse. The current trend of privitization and the slashing of necessary welfare programs will leave future generations in dire straights. While these actions may produce a slight boost in the economy right now, eventually, they will bring about great suffering. He intends to send us back to the 1840's where the factory owners controlled everything, and while the economy was very productive, the standard of living was very low. Workers had to practically fight each other to get jobs. While goods were cheap, people had no money to buy anything with.

Dark years await America.

I think what we need is more laws and regulations!

Our foreign policy isn't nearly aggressive enough. We should impose a complete economic embargo on all the arab countries, Iran, North Korea and maybe even China. Use our Navy to sink any ships going to or from those countries, and our Air Force to shoot down all their aircraft, military and civilian. That'll show 'em we aren't a bunch of pansy's

In order to win the war on terror, which is not unwinnable despite what all those limp-wristed liberal panty-waists will tell you, we need to relinquish most, if not all, of our constitutional rights. Especially the right to privacy. The government should form a new Cabinet Department that reports only to the President. It should be called the Department of Internal Security, and its function would be to root out terrorists, traitors, foreigners and other undesirables so they can be removed from our society. There could be a few different classifications for these people. The probably dangerous ones should be shot, while the possibly dangerous ones can work to benefit society. A permanent relocation facility could be set up in some remote area, and they could be sent there to work, to help pay for the war on terror. This facility could be Guantanamo, or some other facility conveniently located on foreign soil.

Regarding economics, I think the rich people are the ones who truly drive the economy, so I think they deserve huge tax breaks, investment opportunities, and other rewards for their contribution to our economy. Let the lower income people pay more in taxes...heck, there's a lot more of them anyway. We should impose huge tariffs on foreign goods to make sure everyone buys American-made products, while at the same time we should declare war on any country who imposes unfair tariffs on American goods. In fact, to be truly pre-emptive, we should declare war on any country that we determine has the capability of imposing huge tariffs. We can use satellites to get some pictures.

Republicanism [aka Corporatism] in a nutshell.

Whats wrong with the U.S.

The current administration is a fascist/Nazi regime. Bush is a cross between Mussolini and Hitler. There is a group in Washington of Xian kkkonservatives that are planning to kill all the women, gays, jews, arabs, and anyone else who is not a white anglo-saxon protestant male.

www.ibelieveeverythingireadontheinternet.com

The "holy rollers" control everything - look at the main stream media, that right wing kkkonservative group of fascist pigs. Hollywood is the only true democratic republic bastion. I don't care about Alan Greenspan... What does Jack Black think? The Baldwin brothers could bring peace to the middle east in days, if not hours.

www.imanactorwhichmakesmeapoliticalgenious.com

The rich are getting all the breaks.... they should be taxed at a >90% rate so that they can suffer like the rest of us. I want to have the same net pay as Bill Gates. Why should that stupid, lazy s**t have more than me?

www.richpeoplesuck.net/article/ihatebill

And let's not forget our sociopathic military (trained murderers). They should all be killed in action (or gassed on the way back home). They will never fit into a civilized society like ours.

I actually clicked on them. Didn't get me too far.

I really agree with you, Vile. But you totally forgot to mention the Gays, Abortionists, Feminazis and Atheists who are currently corrupting our society. Homosexuality is totally sick and perverted, and if we let them get their way this country will go to Hell in a handbasket and next thing you know, people will be banging dogs in the streets! These people are greedy hedonists who are only out to advance their own agenda. The Anti-Life baby killers should all be locked up to rot in prison, or else just executed on the spot. Lets face it, the only way to dissuade these murderers is to kill 'em before they even get the chance to contaminate society. They're all together with the radical lesbian extremists who want to kill all men and force normal, God and Husband-fearing women to become Pagans. They want to abolish Family Values and replace them with sick, Godless cults. As for the Atheists, I agree with Pat Roberson. They're society's termites, and since when did termites ever build anything? They have to be fumigated before they cause the whole structure to come crashing down. If we can't find any means to actually execute them, those Permanent Relocation Facilities you mentioned are a pretty good idea.

The current administration is a fascist/Nazi regime.

The current group of fascists running America --Bush/Rove/Rumsfeld/Rice/Perle/et al----are a bit different than the Hitler/Mussolini brand of fascists.

But they ARE fascists. Let's not mince words over that.

""Klaus P. Fischer in ""Nazi Germany: A New History," writes that as Hitler rose to power, "all sorts of antidemocratic ideas, articulated in bold and urgent terms by conservative pundits came thundering down on perplexed Germans from all sorts of newspapers, books and journals." The rightwing pundits in Hitler's Germany argued against political parties and elections.

The Hitler supporters said democracy was "inherently contradictory because an amorphous mass of people could not actually define goals, set policies, or literally govern itself." They claimed elitism was realistic and democracy was not. Oswald Spengler wrote that "the fundamental right of the mass to choose its own representatives remains pure theory." These Nazis suggested democracy be replaced by a military junta or another authoritarian form of government.

As Hitler rose to power, he advanced militarism, destroyed civil liberties, crushed labor unions and plotted against racial groups, however, he put on a public face of egalitarianism. As Fischer says of Hitler, he downplayed the anti-Semitic views of his party and "mimicked the role of a respectable, middle-class politician." He won over working class Germans and conservative businessmen. "In 1929 very few people knew what Hitler was really like," writes Fischer.

Joseph Goebbels served as Hitler's main propagandist, or "mythmaking genius." Just as Rush Limbaugh and other rightwing talk show hosts demean blacks and other minority groups and whip their audiences into a frenzy of hatred for liberals, Goebbels stirred up his audience's hatred for Jewish people and for opponents of Nazism.

Klaus Fischer writes that Nazi Fritz Hippler made a hate film, "Der Ewige Jude," depicting the Jewish people as "cellar rats who scurry in and out of their holes and proceed to take over the world." Today's rightwing talk show hosts do for George W. Bush what Goebbels and team did for Hitler. Just think of the amount of hatred they have generated against the Clintons and liberals in general.

While Bush and his rightwing supporters are not classic fascists, and their goals do not include a Holocaust, they have shown a tendency toward such fascist behavior as militarism, racism, destroying civil liberties, repressing the citizenry, crushing labor unions, deceptive propaganda and antidemocratic words and tactics. They are a somewhat lighter version of a very dark predecessor.

Bertram Gross suggests that the opposite of friendly fascism is real democracy, including stronger civil liberties. He quotes "The Book of Counted Sorrows:" "Evil is no faceless stranger living in a distant neighborhood. Evil has a wholesome, hometown face, with merry eyes and an open smile. Evil walks among us, wearing a mask which looks like all our faces."

Friendly fascists may talk of unity and bipartisanship while, at the same time, they work to co-opt Democratic senators and undercut the public's right to elect its representatives. They may smile and shake hands and promise to earn our trust. However, unmask the friendly fascist and you see an enemy of democracy and civil liberties. You see Hitler-with-a-happy-face, a compassionate conservative, a kinder-gentler sort of tyrant._______Carla Binion

Yes, there IS a huge powerful group of extreme rightwing Xtian bigots in Washington........people that have tremendous power in government. But they are far too devious to promote the idea of outright murdering the "evil sinners" that they hate so much.

Instead, they will convince their gullible followers --and the equally gullible majority of the American Public-- that people belonging to those groups are "bad", ....or "unclean"......or "ungodly" people; they will villify many of them and insure that they are mariginalized and despised by the majority of the herd.

Since we cannot move to a one party system I believe that we should fully support the two party system.
Those darn third party candidates are surely bad news.
Lets do everything in our power to keep the Democrats and Republicans in office. After all it has taken them decades to bring us to the point we are at. Lets don't take a chance of anyone messing it up now.
All Americans are better off now than ever before.

I just wish that the President could run for a third or fourth term.

But, At least we will have a Democrat in office in the next election if the Republicans don't win. That will assure us that little will change.

America is loved all over the world and we have our politicians to thank. God bless congress.

I would just like to say to Bush : keep on the good work. He seems to be the only one really willing to defend our christian values and civilization in a world corrupted by muslim terrorism, rampant communism and europan atheist apathy.
I wish the UN was privatised so that big corporations like Exxon could seize it and make a better job than this bunch of leftwing, anti-western bureaucrats.
It's time to set up new global rules based solely on private initiative, total tax abolition and survival of the fittest. That would really improve the gene pool and eventually all survivors would benefit from it.

Pappy Bush's father invested in Mitsubishi in 1932 and was behind Pearl Harbor.

If 350 Mexicans a day are crossing our border where are they? George Bush is making an army of undocumented supermen to be led by his nephew, George P.

Your welcome.

May I also say, that I was enthralled by your detailed description of "desireable young anorexic women with fake hooters" height/weight grid (and associated commentary) in the general chat section.

What is good for business is good for America. It is businesses that provide the jobs that people need. If we give subsidies for our fine, upstanding corporate leaders they will provide more and better jobs for our citizenry. What's good for general Motors is good for the USA.

President George W. Bush is the most honest politician we have had in a century. He is intellegent, sensitive to the people's needs, caring and a fantastic diplomat. His interpretations of scripture and how it should be infused into our constitution will make America a true democratic country.

The more young people we can send off to die in Iraq the better the world will be. Christians should unite behind his crusade to exterminate the muslim devils from the earth.

What this country needs is authoritarian rule. The legislative and judicial branches must be scrapped and all power must be given to the President. There can be no freedom of speech or of the press, as the Government must not be criticized in any way. The people will also not be allowed to bear arms, lest they be used against the Almighty Leader. The Government must also take control of all industry and services. The Government knows what is best for its people and will produce accordingly.

Just because George Bush won the election, why should he decide who becomes a judge. We need the insight of a Ted Kennedy. Just as Native American spiritual leaders enhanced their powers to "see" with peyote, we need his smokey, drunken haze to get us through these hard times.

After winning the first ever billion dollar lottery, I donated the entire sum to the Clone Another Liberal Presidential Foundation. They promise, from their foundation headquarters in the now coastal paradise, Little Rock, Arkansas, to deliver another hero for the people, (in clone form), specifically my personal all time hero, William Jefferson Clinton. Long may he reign.

But seriously folks. The American lifestyle is far more important than the lives of some darkies that live in a country I've never even bothered to find on a map. If I don't get to drive my great big hummer 2 and get $300 back on my taxes so I can fill it up once or twice I'm voting the republicans out. I have values you see and I won't compromise them. If these gay people cause another recession with their fancy pants marriage obsession Theyre next on the list after Osama bin Saddam and his darkie friends who steal what God gave the Zionists and white people. It may be their sand but its our oil.
