See "User CP" at the top right in that little bank of buttons? Click that, then click Edit Profile and the Sig editing is about halfway down, I think.

One suggestion: Go back there and edit it, putting a [url] before the web address and a [/url ] (no space there; this way it actually shows up) after it. That way it's clickable.
