All Americans must read the contracts and fine print when dealing with cell phone companies, credit cards, or anything you are asked to sign when you buy something.
Look for the clause in the fine print--"binding arbitration" or "mandatory binding arbitration". If that clause is in the contract, you are required to use an arbitrator who is hired by that corporation. When MBA was used to resolve a problem, according to CBS news and BBC, out of 19,705 cases, only 87 were won by the consumer.
Millions of Americans are in danger from this type of legal, but, shady business practice.
Make sure when you buy that product or credit card that you read the fine print and look for the "binding arbitration" or "Mandatory Binding Arbitration" and if you see it, tell them to forget it. You lose your rights if you sign on dotted line.
