Man that movie ROCKS!!

Jessica Alba is SO FINE!!! This movie has an outstanding cast of actors that really keeps it rolling along. Bruce Willis really outdid himself in this one. If you havent seen it yet. I strongly recommend it to anyone that likes action movies  :)

No but i watched the two trailers about a thousand times each, downloaded the song off the trailer listened to that loads and just lusted after that film coming out lol.

However being England it would be rude for us to get a movie anything before 6 months later than everyone else.

I just saw it and really liked it. Although it would probably have helped if I've read the comics. It took some time to adjust to the style and pace, and at times the characters seem unpredictable.

I loved the visual and stylistic works. Everything looked really good in the movie, and all three main male leads exude a kind of stoutly cool. Also you can smell Tarantino everywhere, even though it says he's only guest director. Yes Jessica Alba is hot as hell. (just so I am not mistaken as a gay)

I think the movie looks super gay, but Alba looks super-hot in it.

Let me guess the word Sin in the title put you off seeing it... as for it being "super gay" i suppose you have no actual foundation for that statement aside from your own closet homosexual urges towards Clive owen?

Here's a very interesting article I ran across about Jessica Alba and her views on Nudity.

Modest Alba won't bare all

BOSTON, Massachusetts (AP) -- Jessica Alba didn't bare all in "Sin City" for a good reason -- she didn't want to answer to her father.

"I felt like dancing around with the lasso and chaps was going to be sexy enough," she told the Boston Sunday Globe. "Being nude, for me, would have been distracting, and I couldn't even conceive of being bottomless: My dad would disown me or something -- he'd freak out."

Alba, the heroine of the TV series "Dark Angel," stars in the film alongside Rosario Dawson, Carla Gugino, Jaime King and Brittany Murphy. All show up in various stages of undress.

But Alba defends the film from accusations that it is misogynistic. "The women are completely empowered," Alba said. "It's not just women being victimized. It's everybody."

Alba, 23, has two more movies coming out in July: "Into the Blue" and "The Fantastic Four," another film based on a comic book. "That's a huge one, and there's a lot of pressure."

What could be next?

"I love kitchen-sink dramas," she said. "I never get offered them, but I want to do something small, that's less glamorous and more character-driven. But you know, this is a nice balance right now." <end>

2 part screener which id rate about 7.5, the sound is alright but since its filmed your missing a massive chunk left and right and a chunk off the top.

Trust me type in SinCity in Kazaa and you get loads.

I use www.torrentreactor.to everynow and then

I am just not much of a fan of that childish kinda stuff. Black and white. Comic books. I outgrew that crap a long time ago.

The film was done in black and white due to the massive amounts of blood and gore in the movie. If they had not taken the "artistic" route, making the blood and gore different shades of neon and such, the film would have garnered an x rating.

The wife and I saw Sin City this past weekend (on one of our rare "dates").

From an "old fart's" view point:

The film's style was unique - (+)

The story was disjointed and long - (-)

Character development - (+/-)

Overall: 5/10 "Pharts"

I'm not a fan of Tarantino's style using excessive violence/gore (but remember the target audience is teens - 20's not my age group). The film noir style in itself doesn't bother me - I liked L.A. Confidential quite well.

I was a fan of the comics from late 60's to mid 70's. Most of the movies that are based on comics, I do not find that entertaining. The best "comic-book" movie that I have seen to date has been "Hellboy", the worst "DareDevil"

And yes, Jessica Alba is quite easy on the eyes - I would watch her do a Preparation H commercial ( just not a 2.5 hr one).

I finished watching it yesterday and loved it.

The whole film noir thing was a massive plus and whilst some bits were a bit like "wtf?" overall it was good.
