Seventeen Days- 3 Doors Down
The Documentary- The Game
In Between Dreams- Jack Johnson
Get Lifted- John Legend
Free Yourself- Fantasia
Beautiful Struggle- Talib Kweli (though not as strong as his Quality)
Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge- My Chemical Romance
Heard Cormega and Canibus are coming out with some new stuff.
Kanye West should be coming soon and hitting hard, though I lost some love for him due to his arrogance. Saigon and Papoose are some mentions as well
F*ck 50
Nas is my the most favorite rapper, but needs to listen to Illmatic, I Am, Stillmatic, Nastradamus, and start writing that real hip hop again. Street Disciple was a huge disappointment for me, but I hear he's dropping something in the summer.
Lifehouse has dropped Lifehouse (album name), should be a worthy listen, I'm still waiting for Jason Mraz, as well as some new Linkin Park.
Finally, my most anticipated album of '05:
The Middle Passage- Immortal Technique
The most underrated rapper in the game today, well mostly because he's underground, but those who do know him know that he is the best lyricist out there today. He talks about government, and has that raw material that separates undergrounds from Pop-wanabees.
Revolutionary Vol. 1 and 2 were his first two albums, you have to check them out, a must listen.
