Muslims issue fatawa against bin Laden (http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,3-1519995,00.html)
"ON THE eve of the anniversary of mainland Europe’s bloodiest terrorist attack, the Spanish Islamic Commission issued a fatwa yesterday against Osama bin Laden, the al-Qaeda leader. ... "
What, if anything, might this mean to the Muslim community or bin Laden?

Could it lead to others joining their cause until it's literally a worldwide revolution? This could get interesting...

Nothing, it means nothing. It's just a politically correct gesture because of today's date.
The fatwa was issued by a commission backed by the government, it doesn't really represent the muslims living in Spain, only the ones who follow the Maroccan King.
I am still waiting for a fatwa or something against one Iman in Spain who published a book who contained advices to hit women whithout leaving marks. Of course the Spanish justice charged him (apology of violence) but the Islamic organizations said it was his free of speach and free of religion.

I don't think it's going to amount to anything because the people who would actually carry out a fatwa are likely more sympathetic to bin Laden than to the Spanish Islamic Commission. If we want bin Laden dead, we're probably hust going to have to do it ourselves.
However you view this action, it is a positive move
to show disagreement with the radical groups. This show of disapproval of the direction the resistance has taken hopefully will have an impact no matter how small.

I'm inclined to agree.
