Offshore banks and fiscal paradises (is this expression also used in english?) are on e of the main problems of our world.
They not only allow people like this guy to escape the law of their country ; they also help organized crime and international terrorism by allowing them to transfer huge amounts of money anonymously.
They are at the heart of the coruption of many countrues, allowing their leaders to get dirty money ; and they take away useful fiscal resources that would help develop 3rd world countries, keeping them in misery.
