Okay....time to get some things "off my chest".....

First.... GENERALLY speaking.... i think our gov't is corrupt. I think money drives it, i think politicians lie, i think politicians make money off decisions etc....

So when i say GENERALLY....i mean both democrats and republicans alike. They are all shady, they all cheat, they all make money......

So... When i hear jester, FT, Echo, ect. all scream that ONLY republicans are scandilous, ONLY republicans make money, and ONLY republicans lie..... it makes me cringe..... How can you not see that the very party you represent is also just as bad?

I would give you some credibility if.and ONLY if, you were independents. The fact that you ignore wrongdoings by one complete side of politics shows your bias. I happen to agree with conservative and republican values, but i KNOW that the PLAYERS on BOTH sides are dirty.

The Republicans are corrupt right now and the democrats can't get their shit together. I hate the NDP, the Bloc, conservative party of Canada and the liberals. Liberals are still my pick, as they are introducing the same sex marriage bill. If they were, i'd be saying find someone else. Glad we could agree that the gov't (both of ours) is corrupt.

All politicians are corrupt. Some get their d***s sucked by interns, some start wars.

I like the guy getting the hummer in the broom closet much better. At least he won't anyone killed.

In some cases I think they start off with an ideal in mind and really think they can better things. But then they get into the "system" and it swallows them. It's like the system must perpetuate itself... The whole has become bigger than the sum of it's parts.

Kind of hard to fall into a sewer and not come out covered in crap.

I hear ya.. and this may be the 1st time I can agree with a comment of yours.

I have a problem w/all the partisan crap. For me it clouds the issues..nothing more than a distraction.
I don't care for all the labels(as I have mentioned many times before).
Left or right, dem or repub, it never ceases to amaze me the lack of credibility and good character displayed by todays politicians.
These egomaniacs that aspire to be leaders then do nothing to make this a better place to live.
They have so much power and opportunity at their fingertips yet they piss it away for another photo op or a chance to munipulate the system for the proffit of their families and friends.
I can only hope that as a people, not a party, someday we get our priorities straight and clean house of all the lifer politicans that continue making bad decisions only because they don't have a clue about the needs of the citizens.
