You are the type of person who spit on the Vietnam veterans when they came home. Shame on you.

We haven't even gone to war in Iraq yet! Of course I would support the vets, after they become vets. Most would've been drafted. Right now, the military has people who want to be there, and I will not support them.

"And what of the vets of the Afghanistani War?" you ask. Well, they didn't do much. They bombed a couple things here, shot a few people there, and left. In addition, there was no draft.

Oh, so if they are drafted you support them and if they sign up, then you spit on them? Gotcha.

Involuntarily killing people is still bad, but I don't blame the people who did it. I blame Bush.

Okay, so suppose a kid graduates from High School and decides to go into the millitary because he wants to protect his country. Do you lose respect for him because of that?

Only if he goes into Iraq and gleefully says, "Yeah! I'm gonna kill me some Iraqi chilluns!" rather than "I don't want to be here. I don't want to kill anyone..."
